Eligibility Statement
Highest Leaf Award will honor women who are senior-level executives with an entrepreneurial spirit and who have demonstrated significant ability leveraging resources and being models for others within their business. The successful candidate will be an individual responsible for generating new directions or endeavors with clear goals and creating positive impact and value for her organization or industry. Impact need not be bottom line results, but must be measurable. Equally important, this candidate will have demonstrated an ongoing awareness of herself as a role model and evidenced a commitment to the mentoring of others in her organization and/or industry. For a woman in an entrepreneurial endeavor, her business must have a minimum of five years of operation and be financially self-sustaining. The successful entrepreneurial candidate will have generated a positive impact on others working with her and provided significant and broad value beyond her own specific company or division.
Candidates will be judged solely on their nomination packages as follows: 35% on the creative leveraging of resources to achieve the endeavor; 35% on her entrepreneurial spirit or vision in managing uncertainty; 15% on the measurability of outcomes and its impact and value to the organization; and 15% on continued commitment to mentoring others.
