The Women's Venture Fund Needs Your HelpDear Friends of the Women’s Venture Fund:
It is that time of year when we reach out to our friends to ask for your continued financial support of WVF’s important mission: helping women to start and build their own businesses.
For close to 12 years, Women’s Venture Fund has been there for women entrepreneurs through the good times and the bad. After 9/11, WVF provided financial aid and counseling to downtown business owners who were devastated by that catastrophe. Today, the cause is the economic crisis, but women business owners are again hurting badly and need our help.
But we need your financial support to continue our vital role in assisting those women seeking to become economically self sufficient through small business ownership, oftentimes due to limited alternative options, so that they can continue to support their families and contribute to their communities. The need has never been greater. Our success in fulfilling our mission depends on your generosity. Please consider contributing at whatever level you can. Every dollar counts.
